GIVING TREE S L NOW OFFERS LMA (LIMITED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, additional medical services) FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $1,000.00 /MONTH. THIS CHARGE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO THE LEVELS 1, 2 & 3.
Level 1
- Residents will receive up to 45min of personal care
- Limited physical assistance with activities of daily living
- Occasional incontinent care management
- Medication management
- Hourly checks (if residing on Memory Care)
- Laundry service once weekly
- Housekeeping services once weekly
Level 2
- Residents will receive up to 75min of personal care
- Moderate physical assistance with activities of daily living along withpersonal transports around the community
- Full incontinent care management with prompted toileting
- Medication management
- Laundry service up to twice weekly
- Housekeeping service up to twice weekly
- Hourly checks (if residing on Memory Care)
- Add $1,000.00 per month to prices in Rate Summary
Level 3
- Residents will receive up to 90min of personal care
- Full physical assistance with activities of daily living with personal transports around the community
- Full incontinent care management with prompted toileting
- Additional bed making services
- Medication Management
- Laundry service up to twice weekly
- Housekeeping service up to twice weekly
- Hourly checks (if residing on Memory Care)
- Add $2,000.00 per month to prices in Rate Summary
