Eligibility
You are eligible for PACE at Element Care if you:
- Are 55 or older
- Live in our service area
- Want to live at home but need enough assistance to qualify for nursing home care
- Can continue to live safely at home as assessed by our team of experts
Cost
There are no monthly premiums, co-pays, or out-of-pocket expenses for those who qualify for Medicare and Mass-Health. There are also options available for those with Medicare only and Private Pay.
